The Four Aspects of Soccer

Technique Mastery of the ball, ball control, ball playing ability.
Comfort and stability with the ball. Ways to dribble
pass, receive, shoot, tackle and head the ball.
Tactics Decision making, thinking about the game, understanding
situations, anticipating. Reading the game, thinking fast and
thinking well.
Fitness Strength, endurance, speed, quickness, agility, flexibility,
power. Basically a good athlete.
Mentality Aggressiveness, mental toughness, resiliency, competitive
spirit, sportsmanship. Relentless fighting power and aggressiveness
combined with a dignified, incompromisingly sporting attitude.
